1 PM: I Shall Not Should On Myself
In this motivational class, agents will be forced to look at all of the daily tasks that get left un-done and understand exactly how much those tasks are costing them in terms of actual dollars. As a group, agents will identify some of the causes of all the "shoulds" and learn what can be done to increase productivity and make more money.
2 PM: Branding and Image in the Modern Age of Real Estate
This class takes a look at the new information-empowered consumer and how we as agents have to show value in our personal brand. Agents will be asked to identify what makes them unique. We will show agents how to create professionally designed marketing materials that they can easily customize for their brand. From there we will show agents creative ways to show off their brand through social media and other digital channels, creating a consistent branding message of “Me, Inc.” through all channels of their business. Agents will come away from this class with a new self-promotional brochure, an understanding of what makes them unique, and tips and tricks to keep their message consistent.
3 PM: Social Media Do's and Don'ts
This class will remind agents that being a real person comes before self promotion in social media. Agents will determine if social media is an activity they want to pursue, and if so, they will create a plan and goals for social media. We cover the basics of creating a great profile and provide agents with ideas to create engaging content.
4 PM: Winning The Tech Game--7 Tech Tips To Help You Sell More Homes
This class will give agents a brief explanation of many different low cost or even free applications they can use to build their personal brand and even generate real business. Agents have time to ask questions and decide for themselves which applications would be helpful to them. During the class agents will see demonstrations of the technologies and how learn practical applications on how these new tech tips can translate to more home sales and commissions in their pocket.
