Join us as a Dan talks talks about how to find passion and drive necessary to succeed in the real estate business.

Here are Dan's key points:

  • Creating good work habits is crucial in the real estate business. If you've formed bad habits you could be losing money without even realizing it, but if you put the time and effort into creating a good habit it will feel completely natural. Think about whether you do things—like the way you answer the phone or greet someone at an open house—on purpose, or whether you're just flying by the seat of your pants.
  • It's difficult to be successful, and to do the things necessary to grow your business, if you're lacking passion. Set short-term goals. They're the fuel for passion on a daily purpose.
