Experiencing a technical issue?

It might be your browser. Breakthrough Broker operates best in the latest and greatest version of Google Chrome. We also work well in Firefox and Safari. Unfortunately, we don't play well in the sandbox with Internet Explorer.

If you are using Internet Explorer or an outdated browser, this may be the source of the problem. Not to fear, it's an easy fix.

Our browser of choice is Chrome. Click here to download Google Chrome. If you're currently using Chrome, here's how you update your browser;

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click More More.
  • Click Update Google Chrome. Important: If you don't see this button, you're on the latest version.
  • Click Relaunch.

Here's how to update your browser if you're using FireFox;

  • Select the menu button > Help > About Firefox.
  • Firefox will then begin checking for updates and will download them automatically.
  • When the download is complete, click Restart to update Firefox.

If you are using Safari, you can update your browser by installing the latest macOS updates. Learn more here!
