Intellectual Property Agreement

This INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGREEMENT (“IP Agreement”) is entered by and between Breakthrough Broker, LLC, (herein after "Breakthrough Broker"), with a principle address of 3457 Ringsby Court Suite 212 Denver, CO 80216, and content submission owner (“you”). BY PROVIDING YOUR CONTENT THROUGH ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION TO BREAKTHROUGH BROKER, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF, AUTHORITY TO BIND AND AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS IP AGREEMENT.

You hereby agree and acknowledge the following in relation to the submission of Your Content to Breakthrough Broker:

  1. Breakthrough Broker has developed and maintains web-based marketing technology offered through the www.breakthroughbroker.com website, which is comprised of various webpages, mobile sites and applications, as well on various other affiliated and unaffiliated platforms and domains (collectively “Site”);
  2. You are providing content, including but not limited to documents, videos, photographs and/or other materials, to Breakthrough Broker for use internally or on the Site (“Your Content”);
  3. You warrant and represent that Your Content is your own original work and that you are the sole copyright holder and/or that you have obtained all necessary permissions, releases, waivers and/or licenses from any persons or organizations whose material is included or used in Your Content;
  4. You shall own Your Content except for materials specifically created solely for Breakthrough Broker’s use or materials incorporating Breakthrough Broker’s intellectual property;
  5. You warrant and represent that Your Content is factually accurate, and contains nothing libelous or otherwise unlawful or violative of privacy rights, industry standards and/or codes of conduct;
  6. You grant Breakthrough Broker, and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and assignees, a royalty free, nonexclusive, perpetual, worldwide, license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of Your Content, including but not limited to the right to use Your Content, for the purpose of distributing, broadcasting, publishing, selling, sub-licensing or otherwise using of the forgoing (or excerpts of) in any manner Breakthrough Broker desires;
  7. You grant Breakthrough Broker and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and assignees a royalty-free, perpetual license worldwide license to publish, reproduce or otherwise use your name, picture, likeness, biography, contact information, comments for any lawful purpose in connection with Breakthrough Broker’s use of Your Content;
  8. You release and waive any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses as a result of, or arising from Breakthrough Broker’s use of Your Content; and
  9. This Agreement may be assigned by Breakthrough Broker without your consent and all rights and obligations of Breakthrough Broker shall, from the date of assignment, belong to Breakthrough Broker’s assignee.

  3. Open your desired marketing template and select two-agent or team in the left sidebar.

  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click the Edit Primary Brand Color widget.
  3. Select your brand color with the color picker or enter the Hexcode and click Select.
