For Title Representatives

How do I refer an agent?

From the home page, select the waffle icon in the top right corner then select “Dashboard” for access. Once in your Dashboard, located on the right-hand side you will see a form to “Refer an Agent” or you can refer an agent from your mobile app.

What should I do if an agent is already referred?

First, contact the agent and ask for permission to switch. Once granted, email support@breakthroughbroker.com and cc the agent. We’ll take care of the rest from there.

Can agents be deleted?

We cannot delete agents from the platform, however Breakthrough Broker can remove their advertising or referred agent list. We do not delete agents upon request as this is a violation of the agent’s privacy policy. Please contact support@breakthroughbroker.com to remove an agent’s advertising.

How do I resend an Introduction Email?

From the home page, select the waffle icon in the top right corner then select “Dashboard” for access. Once in your Dashboard, search for the agent in the Referred Agents section. Select the agent and a pop-up will appear with the agent’s information. Select “Resend Intro Email”

How do I access my Dashboard?

From the home page, select the waffle icon in the top right corner then select “Dashboard” for access.

What resources does the Dashboard have?

Your Dashboard is home to many resources! Access training materials, promotional content and videos for your realtors, and over 50 Instagram and Facebook compatible social posts which can be downloaded or shared instantly!

How do I update my profile picture?

From the home page, select the waffle icon in the top right corner. Then select “View Profile” to update your information as needed.

How do I reset my password?

Click here to reset your password.

Can you batch upload agents?

We do not upload bulk lists of real estate agents. We’ve found referring agents is more effective when used on an individual basis. We see greater success when one agent is referred as it requires a more personalized approach from the representative.

For agent questions that cannot be answered on our FAQ, please have the agent email support@breakthroughbroker.com regarding their questions.

For Managers

How can reps be added?

Contact support@breakthroughbroker.com with the rep’s headshot, email address, and phone number. These are required. Please have them readily available when submitting a request to add a rep.

What is the process to remove reps?

Contact support@breakthroughbroker.com with the name of the rep you would like removed and how you would like the agents underneath them reassigned.

How can I see who is on my platform?

When logged into your account, from the home page, select the waffle icon in the top right corner. Then select “Dashboard” where you can view each of your active reps and their activity.
